ONSITE CYLINDER PATCHING
From time to time unforeseen
damage occurs to cylinders. Pressmen leave bolts and wrenches
on and around the press. Only to find themselves smashed
between two cylinders. What about the occasional paper jam
resulting in a major cave in. These accidents make it
impossible to produce a quality print.
The question now becomes. What is
the quickest and least expensive way to get the press back
online? Side framing a press can be a huge expense and take
several days to weeks to complete. Not to mention the
shipping & repair time incurred in sending out the pulled
cylinders for repair.
Santa Fe Machine has the answer!
Avoid costly down time resulting from damaged printing press
cylinders. Let us patch your press cylinder ON-SITE with
steel or chrome. Our two technicians have a combined 40 years
of experience patching cylinders on the press. SFM will have
you back on line in as little as a couple of hours depending
on the severity of the damage. Backed by a guarantee that
will insure that the unit will print at manufacture’s normal
settings for packing and pressures.
